I dinged 70 earlier tonight (woot woot) and I thought I'd know what to do, but now I have so many options of wht to do I honestly dont know what to pick first. Should I get PvP gear, run instances and get keyed for Heroics and raids, or what? Just what would be the best plan of action I guess I'm asking here.

Also...what would be the best team for Arena for a lock? I think I'm going to 2v2 with an Spriest when we're ready and 3v3 with a MS/Fury Warrior and Healadin, but what are your opinions?

on the other side, getting enough reps to visit them heroic instanzes is
a very good start, since in some of them instances you will get some really
nice gear and heroic badges which can be turned in for some very nice gear.
Try to get into a karazhan raid once or twice a week, and you will get equipped really fast.

First GZ bro :D ,I remember that feeling ,being little lost.
It basicly comes down to 2 choices ,pvp or pve.Of course you can do both.
Anyway,after getting 70 I started Kara preq,got my heroic keyes(except thrallmar doh) ,then I realized pve is not for me.
If you dont have your fly mount,get that first ,try to get few daily quests,do instances,better gear will come as you progress.
Again,if you want pvp do bgs get all veteran parts,try to make team with some friend.Tbh with this gear you'll get pretty much owned but its important to get arena points asap,little is better than nothing.
For pvp you need stamina ,resilience and spell dmg.
I dont know much about pve so cant comment.

Okay...Thanks guys, I think I'm going to try instances and such to get some better gear and get keyed for heroics first, and I'm in the process of making the FSW set as I type this, I only need 2 Shadowcloth and I can make the shoulders, then I need to get my Tailoring up to make the other 2 peices..So I'm already getting some better gear :D
