63 Arms war needs help with gems.Follow

Here's the link to my armory:

I picked up the shoulders and pants in Underbog today, and just hit 63 this evening. I'm not sure what gems I should pick up, and how important the socket bonus is.

Additionally, for my ranged weapon, I'm torn between
Ironstar Repeater (+12 AP +6 Agi +9 Sta)
and
Needle Shrike (+24 AP +11 hit).

For the ranged slot, I could care less about actual damage, I just want bonuses.

I should also point out that I do almost no pvp, and am interested in whatever will benefit me most while soloing.

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!

EDIT: The armory still thinks I'm level 62, but hopefully it'll update to my new level/gear soon. In the meantime, please accept my most humble apologies.
