Ok so i was just wondering if fists is top dps spec now because so far from the tichondrius server [only from the people that i actually see and not hear from others] usually always lands on top. like this guy named Dragonzakura is that guilds dps. what ever they raid he lands number one and his spec and gear is linked here http://wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Tichondrius&n=Dragonzakura
but anyways i am in a guild called D i G z and a rogue named Shanksor also is our top dpser 95% of the time so i was jsut wondering if it was jsut me or something is all. i am not geared even to be on top yet but yea.

On a side note. Anything 16/leftovers/0 right on up to 20/41/0 also dagger 15/41/5 for those that wont go SS spam. also the dual fist/sword combat spec seems to have a bit of a following as well.

The highest, be all end all, raid dps a rogue can do is dagger spec. Being as this is heavily supported by math (which unfortunately I don't yet know ^insert Nooble) and not debatable.
Now, thats not to say that its the only viable spec. The fact that is requires a lot of positioning make it near useless for soloing and extremely hard to use for raiding in certain fights. You also need a great tank to pull it off. Combat sword is a close second, with maces right behind it. Fists comes in last (to the best of my knowledge), but again, not by much.

Partially correct.
Usually the Combat: Daggers spec Rogues will be highest on the damage meters, but combat swords has the greater DPS potential with good weapons.
A Rogue with daggers will always be beaten by a Rogue of equal ability using swords (with equal damage per second weapons) in raid DPS.

Combat Swords > Combat Fists > Combat Daggers > Combat Maces / 41/20 Mute
Combat daggers hasn't been the "end all be all" raid spec for rouges since BC hit. It did do great DPS at 60 but fell behind when we scaled to 70. All the above specs are viable enough to raid with. Many shy away from 41/20 during the hydros/VR times due to the poison dependence and their immunity to said poisons.
You could also put combat fist/sword hybrids in right up there with combat swords. It's a viable build but many choose to skip it because it's harder to itemize for.
