Im twinking a 29 retadin. I was wondering what seal i should use to optomize my damage, righteousness or command? or should i use justice for the stuns?

SoC and JoC will rock pvp. rank 1 SoJ/JoJ is almost worthless in pvp.

I suggest you read the OPs post first before skipping to the question.

The Rank 1 SoJ does not have the speed reduction attribute, only the rank 2 which he won't get for a while. The proc almost never happens when you want it to.

Since you are a retadin, SoC/JoC will probably be your biggest friend, especially at 29, just make sure you have a slow weapon.
