can a pally lvl holy?Follow
Im level 30 right now and was just woundering like if used a 2h while holy can I still level efficently? cause i like to pvp heal and i dont want to keep switching speccs. what are your ideas?
Yes a paladin can level holy, though it will be slower than ret and pro.

I did a lot of early questing in outland with a 2 hander. SoC is pretty important. Level how ever you want to. In the end you will get to 70, depends on how you want to..

That' slightly contradictory, as leveling withour armor/weapons is possibley et not efficient.
Logic police aside, what you can do is just go in 11 points in ret for SoC then go the rest holy, you will have no problems doing that. This will allow you to grind with a 2-hander easier while still being able to heal. Might want to keep 2 sets of gear though, get used to it.
