What it says in the subject.
Run some dungeons, build up a +spell damage set. Or be patient and wait for patch 2.3 which will give you 1/3 spell damage from all +healing.
As a lvl 70 most of my farming was flying around farming nodes and selling it at AH. In terms of questing I did my Skettis dailies and other quests as well as node farming until I had money for epic flier. Once I had epic flier I started the Netherwing Quest Chain, Netherwing makes me 80g per day, takes me about 45-55 minutes to complete those and skettis.

I find, just like in Azeroth, the pally should farm stuff that is vulnerable to our class abilities. So in outlands the demons, ghost spirits, anything that you can cast exorcism on.
I like to judge crusader, throw up SOR, then swing away with two hander while using holy shock and exorcism, throw in holy wrath for packs. Keeping mana pots handy is a very good idea. I try to keep the pace up so I'm constantly fighting, and only stop to drink if my mana pot cd is on.
Edit to say: Like a couple others mention, since killing is slower than say, a lock or hunter, I have mining and skinning maxxed as well to help out my efficiency.

With SoR, don't you want to use a 1H? You'll get the extra damage more often.
I'm actually curious because I do what you said with a 2H also, but might try switching. I've heard SoC for 2H, and SoR for 1H.

I prefer using my 1h KoT reputation caster sword with the spell damage enchant when farming to my 2h epic axe with the savagery enchant as I seem to kill things faster with the extra spell damage.
