mace specc hemo for lvling? :: Free Realms

right now i am shs daggers and the burst dmg is great, but now that i'm level 67 i think the burst is turning into a spark. lol i have been combat swords and mutilate twice but never tried mace specc. SO to close this long story... is mace specc viable for leveling with hemo or either full mace combat?

Hybrid specs typically aren't very useful for leveling. You miss out on the powerful talents at the top of the tree, like Combat Potency, Mutilate, Find Weakness, Cold Blood, Deadliness, etc. Hemo is a pretty bad leveling spec anyway, its damage output is much lower than Sinister Strike, especially when you're leveling as you'll have about 1/3 the attack power required to make it equal to SS energy efficiency.

Just go combat swords and rush to 70. Maces aren't very good unless you have some decent ones.

so what type of swords do i need? slow-fast, fast-fast, sword-fist dual sword?

slow-fast. Slow MH for damage, fast OH for poison procs. Hope this helps :)

Run Black Morass for the Offhand sword, and run mech for the MH sword. Relatively easy.

Have you done the arena quest in nagrand yet? You can get a decent fist weap from it.

When you do get to 70, this is what you'll need to do.

If you don't have time to run simple 5man instances, I don't know what you're going to have time to do at all once you get to endgame.
