Which one of these wepons is better for a 55 arms warrior. I'm using the Kang presently and have a Brain Hack. I'm thinking of selling the brain but I will need to upgrade the Kang soon.

Do not use Brain Hacker, it is just...well a waste of an item for an arms warrior IMO. If you haven't done it already go get the Ice Barbed Spear from AV. It may not be epixxx but is basically a level 58 blue- hard to beat that for a free item.
In short, sell Brain Hacker, get Ice Barbed Spear, vendor Kang the Decapitator.
