Just curious...Feel free to tear it/me apart and have no qualms about giving criticisms, productive or non. This is a build that I am mainly intending to instance/raid with, so feedback is wholeheartedly welcomed! Thanks in advance!

The build you propose is pretty good. Don't forget to read all the guides etc. about builds on this site.
If you also wanna do some PvP, I recommend you to take Improved Gouge and -even more important- Improved Sprint in stead of Lightning Reflexes.
Your gear isn't so bad either, don't compare it to people who have run Kara many times already. Try to increase your reputations to get the enchants for head and shoulders, getting exalted with Aldor will give you the epic MH-sword too.
Put enchants on your weapons (especially your OH-sword deserves Mongoose!). And why did you put +8 stam on your gloves, I think +15 agi or +26 AP would be much better. Same for your boots, stamina is not very important if you focus on instances and raiding.

Well, I am running heroics, have done Kara a few times, but I have TERRIBLE luck with drops.
I am not really doing very much PvP and am actually still doing quests for the $ so I figured that extra 5% would be handy there. I have read all the guides I have seen so far and looked at many other rogues in the armory for builds. essentially I am just finally tweaking my build to suit instancing slightly better and just wanted to be certain that there were no glaringly obvious holes in my spec before actually dropping the cash for the respec.
I put off on getting mongoose since I intend to get the tier 2 version of my OH before dropping over 500g on an enchant. Oh and for the + stamina gear...those are the LW armor kits...a guildie gave em to me for free so I figured I might as well use them since I didn't have anything better.

i think its more of a personal choice if you want to choose murder or impr evisc...no wait!

<Most> creatures you run into will only have 1 school of magic, which kick will shut down.
I cant remember if impr kick works wether the target is casting or not. Could someone clarify wether or not the silence goes into effect even if the targets not casting?
I notice you have 44 points in combat, those 2 in impr kick will serve yu better in murder.
I hate how combat builds fit together so well. No complaints about your build really.

I am combat swords myself. I can say most of your points look pretty good but I have a few questions?
1. You intend to raid and have 1/3 Imp. SnD?
2. 5/5 Deflection and no riposte?
3. Strongly consider ruthlessness, combats CP generation needs all the help it can get.
4. 5/5 lightning reflexes for PvE? Use KTM or Omen if you get hit too much.
5. Improved Sprint is not an optional talent honestly. I have both, but I would take Improved Sprint over Endurance any day of the week.
Like the others said, Kick is nice if your putting that many points into combat.
