I have taken the combat path. I have respecced at 30 suggested by the Roque newbie guide by Nooblestick. And have been putting all my points in combat ever since. Armory

What I have been doing untill now is CS,SnD,SS,SS,SS,SS,SS,Evis (I will use another SnD if it runs out) but what I notice alot is that I kill the mob before I use all my CP. Should I be Evis. earlier (so dont wait till 5 points). Should I use something else (rupture?).

I want to kill as fast as possible, and something is telling Im not doing that when the mob dies and I have some spare CP.

Uh... yes. It's just a matter of common sense to me: don't wait to have 5 CPs before using Evisc if you have, for instance, 3 CPs and you expect the mob to die from this Evic. As you say rightfully, the aim is to kill the mob in the most efficient way in terms of time spent doing it, energy/life used for this, etc.

Edit: just checked your armory profile... you really shouldn't stay at 4/5 Sword specialization. Fill in this last point ASAP, it's more important to have this maxed out than to have 2/2 Weapon spec in my eyes.

Cheers for the reply Nostraa. In my understanding weapon expertise would make me miss less. So I was thinking that I need to hit to get that extra attack. So im better off with weapon expertise.

Is the 1% extra attacks more worth than accuracy? Or did I misunderstood what weapon expertise does?

I dont think it really matters all that much, however, do fill out both of those before continuing on down the combat tree. one observation that I would like to put forth is that if you are only going to be doing PvE, and no PvP, then the 3 points in imp gouge are wasted and would be better placed into Lightning Reflexes. 5% dodge doesn't sound like all that much but it will keep you from having to heal for a little longer and I have always found it handy. However if you do plan on PvPing with this spec a bit then certainly keep the imp gouge. Just my 2 cents. Oh, and one thing to keep in mind for the future: once you get combat potency, i suggest that you find the fastest sword you can for your offhand weapon...1.6 is about as slow as you will want it to be.

That is a good tip. Reason that i havent replaced my OH sword is that im almost to the point where I can get the Sword of Omen. But that one is 1.9

is it worth to put gold towards a Knightly Longswordof Agillity or of the monkey perhaps?
