Its always bothered me that the only way blizzard knows how to make world mobs look stronger is by making them larger. At this rate Arthas will be able to leap Blackrock mountain in a single bound..

He just needs some wicked lightning or something coming off of him.

But tbh, they need to make them big enough so that 25 people can click on them.

C'thun anyone?

Anyway not all bosses are huge in size. The regular sized ones are deadly, you dont expect them to hit you so damn hard.

Having my weapons break on boss fights because I wasn't paying attention to my dur% or the dur% was lying to me...

Forgetting spare weapons in the bank...

Forgetting the 10 flasks you just had made in the bank...

People who haven't read the strat for the elevator boss in SSC...

I gouged, vanished, and sprinted away from a pet only to get knocked out of stealth by said pet just yesterday in AV.

What doesn't happen anymore?

At the same time, I have never, ever, been knocked out of stealth if i vanished while the pet was chasing me.

I have been hit out of vanish/stealth while pet was in mid attack, and extremely unlucky hits of the hunters arrow right as I vanished. Never once however have I still been chased down by the pet after i vanished.

Out of combat stealth, yes. Never Vanish.

Isn't it odd that so many non-roguish mobs that we pickpocket carry mats that are very distinctly roguish? How convenient! ;)

My biggest pet-peeve as a rogue (or as any class) would have to be amazingly retarded people...

Went into the ramparts today for the first time on my rogue (had done it several times on my hunter though), since I didn't want to waste my guild's time on a lower lvl area I just pugged it.

At the third pull or so the tank decided to yell at me.

Quote:
"Damn it! Remember to Re-sap them after they break!"

It was spelled so horribly wrong I bled from the eyes and could not bring myself to properly quote this individual.

It wasn't until about three pulls later that I realized he had believed that rogues could sap in combat...

Stupid people are rampant. I guess you just have to learn to adjust. That's typical for PuG's. It's rare to get a great pug and have little trouble/squabbles. But yea, the amount of pre-pubescent kids and unenlightened artards is crazy.

As for the question...I hate that most (if not all) dungeon bosses are immune to poisons. =/

Being in an instance and having a trade window pop up with a lock box in it, without a previous tell AND no tip! >_<

Am I wrong for refusing the person altogether simply because they were being a #$%^tard? I don't think so.

That's another peeve of mine, people asking out of the blue if you can open a lockbox and not giving a tip.

If a rogue is offering to open lockboxes then it doesn't really matter, but if someone asks you to open a lockbox out of nowhere and doesn't provide a tip, ANGER!

I always make sure i tip rogues that open higher lvl lockboxes for me (my rogue is only lvl 30 atm)

My pet peeve is stupid people.

Story time:

So I (lvl 70 epicced rogue) was running vc last night to level my enchant(I'm going for Fishbean's 300g/hour BRD). Since it was going to be boring and I'm usually a nice guy, I put out a general call in Westfall that I was running VC for any takers. Like moths to a flame.

The first group I had 4 takers. At the start I laid down the rules. First, stay back and let me kill ****. Second, anything that wasn't green or better they could fight over (group loot). If it was green or better and wasn't an upgrade for them it was mine. More than fair, right? This way I get to just slaughter things and they do the looting work for me.

The first run starts, and there a few good people (have 70 mains, aren't noobs). There was a hunter though (its always a hunter) who made the Special Olympics look like the Nobel Prizes for Physics. I was first amused by this guy when he asked if he could use me to raise his staff skill. Wehn the duel started I just alt tabbed and started to read these forums.

After we started, he would constantly send his pet into combat (and it promptly died) then he would be attacked and start calling for help. No one else in the group had problems. He also pretended to need everything. After every boss I put out the call for unneeded greens, and most everyone was great about giving them up. Not even the cloth would he admit to not needing.

Finally towards the end of the instance, he whispered me:
"Don't tel thm but coudl you help me ding 20 after?" (I apologize for the spelling, I had to clean it up a little for my sanity). Being the nice guy I am I was actually considering it, then I saw his level. He was 16.

Group kick.

Damn, telling that made me too angry to even start about the second group. I may do it later.

Don't let it get under your skin. If you laid down the rules before and he took it upon himself to break the rules (aggroing esp.) just forget him. I would have maybe repeated the rules once and then just ignored him. Seems like you had enough looters anyway.
