I just healed a heroic instance for the first time with my new guild. Went relatively smoothly and i got the purple judgement gloves which added to my spell crit which is the one thing I need workin on. As a result I lost some healing, but a quick enchant will fix that up. We did heroic Ramps, and it was actually a little easier than I thought it would be, everyone was a little undergeared however through strategy and quick thinking we went through it with relatively little hitches, me the paly tank a mage, hunter, and Enhance Shamy.
This really showed me that .1 seconds can mean the difference between life and death, as the tank died a couple time with HL that .1 seconds off.

Healing definitely is stressful.
Having Healbot set up properly and experience helps a lot but even then it can be nerve wracking. A guy takes a couple bad hits and you try to pop off a big heal and that 2 or so seconds is too long.

Yep. I'm still afraid to run heroics yet. I know I can do it, but still, it makes me nervous.

hehe, I know exactly what you mean. I haven't gone to all the Heroics yet, particularly SH, Arc, and SL (the ones that you get quests for from the Naaru in Shatt). They're intimidating, even though I know I can do them.
