Is it smart for me to hold off on purchasing a S2 weapon until i know what will drop in ZA? I want the S2 sword for pve, but a mace would do me better for pvp. I probably won't have the points to purchase either one until s3 comes out (if it comes out in october).
So i'm wondering (once we find out of course), if a nice mace drops in ZA, should i buy the s2 sword for pve, (or vice versa).
i guess what i'm saying is, would it be wise to wait and see what i have access to in 2.3, or just buy the MH weapon i like/need most right now?

I'd wait either way. S1 weapons will be able to be purchased on honor. If you're looking for an OH, that's like a 3 DPS difference at most.
Question #2: Should I get mongoose now, with executioner coming soon?
I would have to server transfer to get executioner. Alliance side on my server has no one in any t5 instance. i think loot reaver may have been downed once. But any guilds that were doing them left. So its all kara/gruul/king. I dont even think peopel are trying magtheridon anymore. Jeez i hate Azshara. One of the most, if not THE deadest servers alliance side.

ZA won't be a T5 instance.
It's supposed to be a stepping stone between Kara and Gruul (like Gruul is so hard, rofl).
Wait on Executioner. It's going to be loads better than Mongoose.
O'rly? And yeah, i dont know why alliance on my server (and most from what i've seen) are just teh suck at progression. Seriously makes me wish i'd rolled horde. cause even if i wasn't in a badass guild, i could still purchase kool crafted **** form those that are. An yeah, i'll slap executioner on my S2 sword (once i buy it). i'll just honor buy the s1 pvp maces. Damn, time to play enough to farm enchant monies. You take my airs, you get ganked.
