I lvled a pally to 70 so I know the equipment changes quite frequently, but I was thinking of pvping for a while to get Tome of the Ice-Lord and High Warlord's Spellblade. (havent posted much, not real sure how to link em) Would these last me atleast until I get rep for Continuum Blade and another off-hand? or would I just be wasting time/honor points.

I think it would be more of a waste. The dmg increase is pretty decent, but I think I would have rather spent them on 70 epics instead of 60s.
Are there any other good off-hands available for better than the Tome? I don't remember seeing any until much, much later...and at less than 5k honor that wouldn't take too long.
Granted as a pally I really wasn't paying too much attention to off-hand items on way to 70...

A pretty good off-hand for outlands is a quest reward from sethekk halls, the saga of terok.
