Since we are on the subject, if I have 5/5 in Precision, do I need hit rating then?


Is my 91 hit rating overkill in the fact I now have 10.77 chance to hit (5.77 from rating, 5 from talent).

Well, Blind uses ranged hit, so precision doesn't effect it, and it has an 8.6% (?) chance to hit on a level 70.

So really, you don't have enough hit, but it's enough in that Blind will very, very rarely miss, and since there's no dodge/parry/block table for ranged attacks, it's going to be like a 1/100 shot that Blind misses.

I deally you'd want something like 130-140 hit for Blind to never miss, but that's giving up a whole hell of a lot of stats in other places.

Yup, and also helps you land hits with white attacks.
