Hi people! I am currently level 46, intend to level to 49 for some PvP, and I was thinking I'd try fire since I haven't tried it in PvP before. I am currently specced for PoM/Pyro which I guess is sucky for my level, so how should I spec to do well in PvP? Here's my thoughts on a build, please comment: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=oZEg0zbcfReo

Your spec isn't bad, but I've found that for PvP, Scorch>Fireball in almost all ways. As such, I'm partial to a scorch/fireblast focused build, such as this one. Here are the things I really like about it:

-Scorch being fast cast, takes full advantage of Impact.
-Scorch has a higher crit rate than fireball when properly talented, meaning more use out of Ignite.
-With Imp Scorch, the enemy gets hurt more and more the more you hit him. meaning that at the end of the fight, that's where the real damage is. Same goes with molten fury. A properly timed fire blast will hit for a lot of damage if you hit him with one when he's at 20% or less with a 5 stack of scorch.

When you have a surpise opportunity, Pyro will fit the bill nicely.

Thanks for replying Poldaran, but I really do feel like speccing for fireball and pyro build, like that more, even if it might get less effectiveness. So here goes another question: Should I pop into Arcane for Arcane Concentration or go full fire and not mind my mana? Guess Arcane Concentration won't make much difference PvP, since it's about burst damage and killing, not effectiveness of mana. This is the build I've thought of, is it good? Click!

You shouldn't need Arcane Concentration at 49 so much, so with your requirements in mind, your first build should be fine.
