Why don't you have Improved Shadow Word: Pain? 2 talents points to add 2 free ticks to an already great spell ....
Get enchants on your gloves and bracers. Finish leveling tailoring and make your robe. Finish leveling enchanting so when you get good rings you can put +12 spell damage on them.
Other than that, you just need to run Kara/heroics and get upgrades in all the other slots. Once you do, enchant them!
There are gear lists out there (on this forum even) if you need specific ideas as to what you should be going for.

This is PvE I assume? Drop points out of Scream/Silence and ImpBlast, and maybe one out of Weaving, to max Meditiation, ImpSWP, and Shadow Power. For PvP, I've given up and decided it's best to run respec from 14/0/47 to some sort of 17/0/44 build (and it changes every time I respec). Only point in maxing ImpBlast is if you pop it every single time it's up, otherwise Shadow Power is better.
Runed Living Ruby in every single gem slot, except for one dmg/sta purple in your helm to activate Mystical Skyfire Diamond. MSFD is amazing, even with the fix last patch.
Minor neck upgrade till you get the Kara trash one is one of the rewards from a quest that starts from a drop off the warlock-looking guys wandering Blade's Edge.
For back, grab Illidari Cloak of Shadow Wrath, Amber Cloak of Shadow Wrath (lvl70 green), or Cloak of the Black Void. The SW one will potentially last you till the Hyjal/BT trash cloak, while the Void one will last you till the Prince cape.
Similar for the wrist. Archmage Gloves of Shadow Wrath, Illidari Bindings of Shadow Wrap, Bracers of Havok, or if you're lucky, Ravager Cuffs of Shadow Wrath off the animal bosses. Best till Hyjal, again.
Get Girdle of Ruination, or maybe hold out till the Maulgar belt. Of offer to purchase a Belt of Blasting from a guild that's in SSC/TK and sells them, and while it's pretty much the best belt available, it'll also cost quite a bit.
Spellstrike Pants, or better, the pants off Doom Lord Kazzak. Spellstrike are a hell of a lot easier, though.
Get the ring from Heroic Mana-Tombs plus the one from either Chess or Exalted Scryer's.
For trinkets, Darkmoon Crusade (blessings deck) and the Icon are the two best. Have another trinket to swap out instead of Crusade on fights with long periods of no casting (Netherspite, possibly Gruul and Mag); an easy one is the Mark of Defiance from Hellfire PvP.
Get a better weapon, preferably Season 2 dagger, and get Soulfrost. Heroics offhand.
Flawless Wand of Shadow Wrath or the wand off Shade are the two best ones for a while, depending on what you need.
Get Revered with Sha'tar, and Exalted with Scryers. The Scryer's shoulder enchant sucks compared to the Aldor one, but at least you can get a good ring. Shat'ar has a really good helm enchant. Enchant everything (+6mp5 on chest, Boar's Speed on boots, everything else the best +dmg you can get).

now that you added imp sw:p the build is looking a lot better. the only thing that i would put (my preference) is shadow power, i think its like 15% crit or so if i can remember, and take out mental agility. but thats just what i liked better. anyways nice build, and nice gear!
