I'm making a new Twink paladin. I need to know what gear to get and stuff. I found a post for every other twink. As far as what gear and where it drops. But I can't find one for Paladins. Someone let me know what I should be getting as far as gear and weapons. BTW I am going to be going heal bot 2.0.

Well for the 20-29 bracket, I saw a lot of twink Paladins using the Skullbreaker from the RFD quest. It's item level is 36 or so, making it able to recieve the +81 healing enchant. Also, get the WSG cloak for healing. The Paladins I saw there were pretty OP...flash of lighting for around 300+ is rediculous.

There is a quest for a mace in Thousand Needles that gives a 35+ green level mace that many rogue twinks have...why not get it and put some leet chant on it and get a shield.

Are you planning on being holy or retribution specced? Have a guildmate who's retribution specced for BGs in the 20-29 bracket. Massive burst damage+ability to heal self=badass.

I could definately see a 29 or 39 Ret twink, as when I was ret at those levels I dominated other people in PvP, usually popping up near the top of the kill lists.

29 is an awesome bracket for Ret paladins. They have SoC while a lot of other classes are missing things that are huge for their burst damage(Mortal Strike, for instance).

Level to 49 and twink out prot, I've been doing some BG's on my pally over the last couple of days, I'm not twinked though I am well geared and I have been holding up groups of 5+ horde for 3+ minutes regularly, granted I can't actually kill anyone but I don't die myself and have been a solid one man distraction force. Smiley: grin

yeah I noticed that as well. I used to call my prot pally "the Speed bump".

One day in a WSG, score was 1v2 horde. The alliance had just turtled. I went in with a rogue, we waited on the upper ledge for my DS timer. I jumped down and waited for all 10 to start hitting on me. I bubbled > Blessing of Freedom on the rogue. He ran out before they noticed. After the bubble wore, about 6 stayed and kept hitting me.

I'm a big fan of mid-level decked-out protect/holy builds for BGs. Grab a good PvP partner (I've found hunters work extremely well), and have fun taking down packs of the enemy.

It's hilarious.

Damn guys sorry. Did not specify which lvl range huh. Basically looking to Twink out at lvl 19. I know i know. Probably not the best bracket. But my friends have twinks in this bracket and I wanted to make a helpful healer. So I am going to be healing.

Wow, quadruple post...Now I'm gonna temporarily Hi-Jack this thread instead of making a similar one.

Anyway, I'm going for the level 49 Hybrid Prot/Holy: I have the Necessary stuff from BRD (Spiderfang Carapace, Arbiter's Blade, Earthslag Shoulders, Spritedarte Cape) and a good amount of Mara Gear (Grizzlock's H-Tech Buckler, Elemental Rockridge Leggings, Helm of the Mountain, you get the idea)

My question, to anyone who's done this...What type of stamina/intellect/spell/heal power ratio should I be looking for? I can replace the Shield with Aegis of Stormind, and am not sure about enchants. Is it worth sending BoE green lvl 49 pants to my main for Golden Spellthread, or stick with the BoP pants from Mara?

Basically, if you have a level 49 "Combat Medic", can I have an armory Link, and comments on what, if anything you would like to change.
