I have a little question here about mage armor. does it represent 30% of the spirit based mana regen or does it take account of the mp5 stat?
Spirit regen only.
MP5 = active all the time.
Spirit regen = active after 5 seconds without getting a cast off.
Mage Armor/Arcane Meditiation = during those 5 seconds after cast and while casting, at a reduced rate.
