Rogue Pre-Kara gear listFollow

So I was looking through the warrior and shaman forums on here since I have a 70 of each of those classes and I came across and pre-Kara gear list for each class and spec (except for enhance shaman) and I was wondering if anybody had the inclination to try and do something like that for rogues.

I know people have posted certain minimum stat levels to look for, but specific pieces of gear and where they drop would probably be immensely helpful.

If anybody has the time and desire to do it I know a lot of people would find it very helpful.

And before you say why don't I do one myself, I would, but I don't know exactly which combination of stats to look for and the ratios for hit and crit rating. Although I may take a stab at one anyway and let you guys give your input on the pieces I put on it.

Sounds great Demea. I'd be happy to help. I seem to be pretty efficient at using the search features on various WoW websites and weeding out anything that drops in Kara or beyond.

I don't understand your logic; the purpose of the list being discussed is to be prepared for raiding (the epitome of "grouping" and given the number of people in attendance, the highest risk for "human error")...there is no point in having a "no help required" list for such things >_>

Unfortunately, if you really want to gear up for Kara, you're going to have to do group quests and instances. You can't properly gear up with just solo quest rewards.

Thats allways the case. It sucks, but if you could get group grade gear from soloing what would be the point of soloing?

Slightly off-topic here, but I read somewhere that green drops in WotLK would be equivalent to Tier 4 drops. Sounds overpowered to me, but blizz is gonna make their usual mishaps and mistakes and nearly break the game.

Oh yes, I did play pre BC, but I didnt have any toons above 20 because I messed around too much. Its just that they are amping the game way too fast IMHO.

I suggest to add the Fel Leather set. Quite good -especially for increasing hit rating- and easy to get (not-too-expensive BoE).
