Been grinding my Draenei shammy up, just going throught the motions but I have gotten to level 19 and I do not have my fire nova totem availible. I do nto have the totem required to cast. I do not have it in my bank nor do I even remember abandoning any quests. I have gone back to all the trainers along the way and one has a grey ! but nobody has a quest for me to get it. What can I do?

Go talk to Tuluun on Azuremyst Isle (Azure Watch I think is the name of the little town area) and grab this quest.
