It's true... at least for the time being. My tanking career was always temporary as there is a prot Warrior in my guild who is also a real life good friend of mine who would prefer to tank in instances, he hit 70 before I did but then he took a long hiatus, but now he's starting to come back into the game. He is a very good tank, in all honesty I think I'm better however it's easier and probably better for me to switch to healing than him to switch to dps.
No one in my guild is remotely ready for kara, so we will only be doing 5-mans. I'm almost ready for kara with both tanking and healing gear. I logged out in my healing gear if you want to take a gander, still need some things and I'm working on the Starcaller's Leg dealies... I forgot the name, that quest I heard was soloable, so far I've gotten him down to 25% then I died, I don't think I've gotten a hang of it, any suggestions/strategies would help.
I healed my first instance... ever in all of my experiences on WoW (shows how much aversion I have to healing) started it light with SV. It was a cakewalk, I was surprised how often after a pull that I was still at full mana just from my mana regen and that I heal FoL for 1200 on the BoL tank.
Tried to do 3v3 with 2 of my buddies from the guild, that ended in failure: 1 - 13, mostly cause one of them was still in 60 greens >< (we smack him from time to time as punishment). Also because I'm still learning how to be an effective healer. Also cause we don't really have any cc (Paladin + Rogue + Shaman), I think that one fight we won was pure luck. To make myself feel better me and my rogue buddy did 2v2 and we won a few games in a row before calling it quits (got our rating back up to 1400, probably because im much better geared than last time).
