Returning player, new ClassFollow

Your PvP build is quite good, but a few modifications could offer some improvement. If you plan to use Frostbolt as your primary damage spell (and I assume you do), then I would suggest dropping the 2 points in Elemental Precision and 3 points in Permafrost for the full 5 points in Empowered Frostbolt. It's not that Elemental Precision and Permafrost aren't good, but rather than Empowered Frostbolt is simply better. The 17/0/44 spec you have chosen is proven in PvP, and I believe you will find it to be quite effective. As another small suggestion, you may want to consider moving the 5 points from Improved Arcane Missiles, placing 2 in Arcane Sublety and 3 in Arcane Focus as you will probably not use missiles often without the empowered upgrade later in the tree.
