Am I the only one that isn't excited?
In 8 seconds the fight is usually won or lost. And most classes have ways to get back in range even if they are snared.
Now a stun would be something I could get excited over.

Yeah a stun woulda been great, but it's a nice change (change back), it's a great catch up tool.
Don't you mean Frost Shock OFF diminishing returns?
Ie, it is subjected to diminishing returns right now, but as of patch 2.3 it won't be.

Yes, that is what I mean. I musta been sniffing glue when I posted...
But, really as enhance I've never found myself wishing FS weren't subject to diminishing returns. As I said many battles are over, or close to over, in less than 8 seconds.
