I have seen a lot about resilience recently especially in regards to arena teams. I checked out my resilience and it is ZERO. So how do I increase this aspect of my character.
I am a lvl 60 Rogue.

You get resilience on PvP rewards, as shown here.
You start by farming honor and marks in the BG's, and then once your gear is decent enough, jump into the Arena for the better rewards.
