SoC vs. Seal of bloodFollow

Just dinged 64 tell me whats better for dps soc or seal of blood..for a ret pally

well the general body of thought is that for people with less spell damage, blood is generally better, but if you get to a certain mark with spell damage command is better. Now understand I haven't been ret in forever and can only tell you what I've heard, this is not firsthand knowledge.

However I have heard that they might be normalizing ret such that it will get more of a benefit from melee stats more so than spell damage and melee crit stuff. If thats the case then you would be stacking up on fury warrior gear and blood would be better.

I doubt this helped any, but its just what I've heard.
