In patch 2.2, we got some nice gems out there. I still can't find the design for the following:
Delicate Fire Ruby
+12 Agility
Rigid Bladestone
+12 Hit
Damn the hit is so sexy, but where to get it? Any info?

Read the patch notes. It says where you can find the new recipes.
Or maybe you read the patch notes before replying? :D I am asking because these are saw in patch but not mentioned where to get the design.

LOL... ya I got the 24 AP, need to grind rep for 12 crit and 18 sta now >.<
Guess I need to post the list here then:
18sta - Revered Lower City
26heal - Honored Sha'tar
12spellcrit - Revered Sha'tar
24AP - Revered Consortium
14dmg - Revered Consortium
12def - Honored KoT
12crit - Revered KoT
Anything not listed above, still unknown source to get, i.e., +12 hit, so take note on what I'm asking please. :)
