Dismiss and Tame still work?Follow

As i havnt been on for about two weeks, the new patch just being released, and the fact that i wont be on for another 2 weeks, was wondering about something.

Did blizz "fix" or "change" the whole dismiss, tame, learn what you want, then abandon, go to the stable, and recover thing.

Sorry if that was really badly tossed together, not really sure how else to put it.

was gonna give a newbie some advice for taming, as the pet he wanted wasnt easy to get to at his lvl with out a pet, but im not sure if this method still works, and i don't too much like puttin my foot in my mouth.
