I never posted on these site before but I've read pretty much everything in here and it looks like you guys know what you are talking about. I was wondering kind of insight you would have on a this type of talent build.

I mainly PvP but I also do alot of PvE with a small guild. Was wondering if you guys thought it was worth anything.
Also, I wanted to know what you guys thought about The Terrok's Quill vs. the Sonic Spear. I'm figuring one is good for PvP (Quill) and the other would be best for PvE (Sonic).
Any helpful comments would be awesome.

Sonic spear would be betteer for you as it would appear you are trying to go primarily SV build. That and the + hit from the Sonic Spear wouldnt be too bad either. More AP out of the Sonic Spear as opposed to the Terrok's Quill, so definetly, farm SL till you get the spoear, hopefully you don't have my string of luck.
And the spec you posted lokked messed up, a lot of points spread out into all kinds of different places.
Its impossible to make a build that is great for both PvE and PvP so i'd advise you to choose wich one of the 2 is your priority.
You can still do decent in the other but you wont ever be the top in both until you get such insane (raid) gear that you can obliterate people in pvp due to sheer overgearing them.

Thanks for your comments. I guess I should explain my build a little more.
I'm more than likely going to stick to PvP due to the lack of good guilds on Ravencrest (and the ones that are good aren't taking hunters or just plain rude). What I mainly focus on when I do PvP is burst damage and surviving. Each talent I have does something special for each ocassion. I started off with a MM build, but I found myself dead within secs once I stepped on the BG and It didn't seem as though I was putting down enough damage.
Basically my playstyle leans more towards SV tree. Although my build it not as mana effiecent as it could be the crits make up for it so the fight ends as fast as possible. I'll try to link my profile when I can.
