Weapon EnchantsFollow

I just got Blinkstrike the other night, and I have Latro's in my OH, and I was wondering--which one would be better to put mongoose on? The obvious choice seems to be MH so that Mongoose could proc off of all my sinister strikes/any other yellow dmg abilities, but then I got to thinking that with the 1.4 speed of Latros it might proc more from OH? Someone plz clear this up for me...Thanks :)

Blinkstrike, imo. Regardless of the speed of your OH, your MH will theoretically proc more often, due to special attacks.

You shouldn't be putting mongoose on a blue weapon anyways. Wait for the S2 OH, and put Mongoose on that.

Latro's is a good one for a weapon chain. The very best blue sword in the game at this point. Then once you get s2 offhand you can goose it and keep latro's in inventory to use the chain when needed.- just my two cp

*edit* I do believe weapon enchants go off the ppm rule, I'm having a bad brain day so hoping someone else will post on it. (ppm= proc per minute, meaning that no matter what speed the weapon is you will get the same amount of procs per minute. But, since it is based off the weapons speed, haste or instant main hand attacks will increase that rate. This is also why 2 handers seem to proc more as well, since you have fewer swings per minute so greater chance per swing to proc)

weapon proc enchants do use ppm, so a slow main hand + rogues wide array of instant attacks = nifto

mongoose your blink, +7 dmg it if you wanna be a lil cheaper, and 15/20 agi your offhand (or chain it if your gonna be doin a good amount of arena)

static weapon enchants always preferred to go to offhand, proc ones preferred on the main hand

only exception is +7 dmg on your main hand, if your daggers (or on both if your muti) +7 dmg is a very powerful enchant
