I have just started a warrior and seek advice on the best way to set up my
keyboard and mouse control for the movement and actions and so on.

My Setup is
W- Forward
S- Backwards
D- Strafe Right
A- Strafe Left
I suggest using the right click button on your mouse to turn, its faster, then it just requires you hotkeying the skills you need to stuff
(i have stances and macros set to e,q,r,f,g,z,capslock) just so i dont have to move my hand to hit keys for skills (and of course leave the 1,2,3,4,5,6 with highly used skills in) i leave 7,8,9,0,-,= for skills i occasionly use, like shooting for pulling were i have the extra time to move my hand etc, (basically skills which require no urgency).

..and i suggest to key bind the stancedancing to your mouse, something like:
battle stance: shift + mouseweel up
def stance: shift + mouseweel down
zerker stance: shift + mousebutton 4
or something like that.
It requires a little bit practise first but after that its a perfect hotkey.
Later you might wanna add a macro on those hotkey for weaponswap, like sword and board on def.stance and 2-h or 2 x 1h on zerker and battle.
