Here's my shopping list for my 19 twink lock, I was just wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to augment it. I wanted to get a lot of +spell damage, with a fair amount of stamina and some intellect thrown in to fill the lot. Here's my shopping list:
Head: lucky fishing hat with arcanum of focus (+15 stam, +8 dmg)
Neck: Thick Bronze Necklace (+3 stam)
Shoulder: Talbar Mantle (+3 stam, +6 int)
Back: Engineer's Cloak with Greater Resistance (+5 stam, +2 int)
Wrist: Greenweave Bracers of Shadow Wrath with +9 stam (+7 shadow, +9 stam)
Hands: Gnoll Casting Gloves with +20 shadow dmg (+6 dmg, +20 shadow)
Waist: Keller's Girdle (+3 stam, +8 int)
Legs: Darkweave Breeches with Runic Spellthread (+24 stam, +7 int, +35 dmg)
Feet: Greenweave Sandles of Shadow Wrath with +7 stamina (+7 stam, +7 shadow)
Ring: Bronze Band of Force (+6 dmg)
Ring: Lorekeeper's Ring (+4 stam, +5 dmg)
Weapon: Witching Stave with Spellpower (+8 int, +30 dmg)
Wand: Gravestone Scepter

Overall, I will be looking at +90 spell damage (+125 total shadow damage), 81 stamina, and 45 intellect. I know by switching a few pieces of gear (i.e. seal of wrynn instead of bronze band of force) I could get more stamina, but I want some damage potential, too.

So, keeping in mind that I am alliance (cant get horde rewards), is there any changes you would make to my setup?

For boots since you're doing the whole fishing thing anyways, I'd go with the Extreme Anglin' Boots and put Boar's Speed on them (+9 stam + minor run speed). The boots have 12 stam on them, so thats 21 + run speed which is a huge advantage at 19.

Theres not many good cloak enchants to be honest, but I'd go with 70 armor over 5 resistance. It would be interesting to see what a fully twinked out warlock could do at 19, I still don't think its worth the effort, but give it a shot. I'd definately spec 5/5/0, instant corruption and 15% more stam.

And definately get a friend to help you with the trinket from STV arena, then grind WSG until you get your PVP trinket.

Why twink at 19? First of all, twinking is for gear dependant classes, and lock are not gear dependant at all. In fact a lock can solo to 70 naked. Our best PvP abilities don't come until around 40, and you can own in the 40-49 bracket with whatever crap gear you've found along the way. I sure did.

How much experience am I looking at getting for the Arena trinket, though?

For the one in the chest, it's none, for the better one you get from the quest it's 570 or 580, iirc.

Edit:
You don't want to wear a chest slot item? If you do, please list it. If I have overseen it, kindly point that out to me.

Anyways, you might want to get this staff, but it doesn't really matter which one you choose.

And, as stated before, warlocks are not so great for twinking. And the resistance enchant will be quite a waste since most of the 19 twinks aren't casters.

Okay, I'll get 70 armor instead. I'll stay with my weapon, mainly since I bought it already (that's when I thought 'hey, I'll twink!').
Chest is Tree Bark Jacket with +100 health on it.

Even if they're not great for twinking, I'm going to do it anyway. Mainly because I like to be different.

EDIT: New numbers for stam, intellect, and damage are as follows:
95 stamina, 45 intellect, 121 shadow damage, and 96 fire damage.

Also, if most of the twinks are gear dependant, then that means I'll be going up against people with 40% physical reduction from armor or a 35% dodge...which means not much mitigation from my massive shadow damage (if my math is correct, I should be able to get over 550 damage off just affliction DoTs).

Lol even if you kill me, my dots would kill you. To me that would be better than killing someone outright because it would **** them off "I won, but I died"

Yeah, they don't have a lot of spell resist, because the spell casters in thoes brackets can't put out enough damage to take down the HP. Even wuth the max amount of spell dam you can get at that level, your dots probably won't take out a twink warrior because he will have so much +sta that he'll have enough HP to laugh at your dots then kill you.

I highly doubt your DoT's will kill them. Most twinks at 19 are sitting at bare minimum 1000 health, and the really good ones are pushing 2000. If your DoT's are doing 550 total...

That's just the affliction DoT's. I'll be doing direct damage too, so if they kill me they'll probably be low enough that my DoT's will finish them off.

I think you'll do pretty good with that gear. Warlocks are missing some key PVP abilities at that level, but so are all the other classes. If you're pushing 100 shadow damage or more with 1350+ health you'll do fine, and you'll probably top the damage charts many many times. You'll die more, but you'll do way more damage then the rogues, and force the enemy healers to do alot more work by dotting everyone in sight. Try to run with a hunter or warrior most of the time, and if you can get a twinked out healer with your little 3 person crew you guys will do amazing.
