Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you have to leave the poison off of your weapon if you want WF to proc?

I had a guildie try and tell me that he had poisons on both weapons and windfury still procced. I told him he was full of it.

I could swear a have seen a post by Meridus in the last few days regarding the subject, but I cannot seem to find the thread.

Yes, you cannot use poisons or shapening stones on your MH and still get WF procs.

You can still use them on your OH though.

Thank you for your answers. Yeah Theo, I distinctly remember Meridus saying that if you have an Enh shammy in your group, it would be best to just use DP OH and WF MH.

Temporary enchants are one per weapon. Poisons, Sharpening Stones, Shaman Buffs, Oils, etc. are all classified as temporary, and follow the one per weapon rule.

In that case, does WF stack for those who dual weild? I've always taken the poison off my mh when WF is available, but never thought of it stacking tbh.

What theo said :)

If you have an enh shammy that's dropping WF you are going to want to put DP on your OH and leave your MH open for WF. Just make sure that he is indeed dropping WF and not GoA (in which case you would use your normal poison combination). Technically, if the shammy is good he can cycle WF and GoA and you'll get both... but mana can become an issue if said shammy doesn't know his ****. It sure is fun though...
