Although it's only lvl 53, it looks pretty ******* awesome. Anyone know what the proc rate is to see if it's worthwhile?

the proc rate is **** at 70. any other trinket you get in outlands is better than the HoJ. at 60....its decent. but at 60+, even a riding crop has more combat application.

yeah, old sword spec + old HoJ + WF = potential one-shotting. i would charge people with my zin'rokh, SS would proc, HoJ would proc, then i'd execute and thatd be that. for the horde with WF, the need to execute wasnt even there. if you've ever seen a large truck hit something and demolish it utterly...well, thats what it was like back in the day. just this monstrous force that ends life without even stopping.
