The last couple of raids, I have had a Shammy in my group dropping Str & Agi totems! Woot! What a fantastic buff that works out to be :)
On Nightbane, I probably spent about half the time on the boss doing only white damage because my threat was getting too close to the tank. At one stage it went psycho and jumped to 105% of the tank (it actually climbed from 95% from white damage) and I had a heart attack and ran away from the boss :)
And to top it off I got the DPS ring from Prince and the Cloak from Shade :) All I need now is the ring from Curator and my Tier4 helm and my feral Kara gear will be complete. Still working on the healing & balance gear though.

I have to agree with you on this one. I'm to the point that I loved watching 70 shammys and what they could bring to the table so much, that I'm actually lvling up one. =]

Try getting a Boomkin/Ele Shaman combo. Just awesome
you were dps'ing as cat? Is that viable? That sounds like a noobish question, forgive me. My druid is only 41. I do insane damage with my feral tree cat, but still not quite up to my rogue when she was the same level. Pretty close though.
i was lvling with a friend of mine (rogue) and i was always a bit ahead in damage-questions. and he isnt a noob if you think that.

btt: im lvling now with same friend as above(me druid again ;D and he shaman) and this is an awesome combo for lvling. no downtimes. and any mob falls in 3-5 secs.

More often than not I top the meter on boss fights in Kara if I am just DPSing. I keep hearing about rogues out DPS'ing druids in Kara gear but so far I haven't seen it. This may be due to their skill or my skillz, but we seem to scale well at least to the end of Kara. (I just need the ring from Curator & my damn T4 helm and I am done).
Hopefully the gear from Zul'Aman will continue to help us, because the stuff in the 25mans, other than the tier gear is a bit underwhelming.
