Hey all, I reactivated recently after being gone for like three months. This is my first character on WoW, so I'm no expert at anything.
My enhance shaman's 43, and I was wondering, should I use a down-ranked WF on my off-hand? I remember reading that it was being adjusted, but I'm not sure if I should just use Rockbiter or whatever on my off-hand.
Also wondering if anyone has any upgrade suggestions (gear-wise) and could point me in the right direction as to what I should be doing (what are "important" quests, instances I "should" run, etc.) while getting closer to 70.. :P

Downranked WF has been fixed since a patch a while back so achieves no bonus anymore. You will just want to use your highest rank on both weapons.
As for weapons and quests. Quests I don't know of any of the top of my head that would be key to do. Weapons you should defiantly change. You should be welding two slow weapons to get full benefit from WF and Stormstrike. They should be in the range of 2.4 - 2.6. So start looking for some slower ones for your OH and replace you MH if one comes up although 2.3 isn't too too bad. But defiantly could use an upgrade.
