Is it just me or what...
Im a BM Hunter and it seems I cant kill a freakin Frost Mage... Firstly, the need to nerf that Ice Block Talent(Could be wrong). I soon as they blink into me and frost nova I use my BW to get out of that situation, but as I use BW he Ice Blocks himself for 10 sec making him immune to everything... The problem them comes that my BW goes away and he blinks into me doing the same crap and killing me.
How do I deal with that?

basically the usual stuff to get away from people.

I realize you said you are BM, but as an MM spec Scattershot and Silencing shot mean dropping a mage like a stone.
put frost resistance to your pet...use pvp trinket..then scatter shot..and many others...
