Item vs. ItemFollow

I know ShadowPanther charts and AEP points.. but I have seen many arguments about these two items during my wowsearch. Please put the nail in the coffin for me and anyone who disputes these items superiority to each other!
For raiding in a sword spec.....which one is better:

Cobrascale Gloves

Fel Leather Gloves

My thoughts: the Fel Leather Gloves can be gem'd to have slightly more AP and +crit, but you forego the +33 stamina on the Cobrascale. I know you won't need much HP for raiding due to group buffs but its always nice to relieve stress on healers and allows more AOE survivability. It might come down to personal preference but all thoughts are greatly appreciated!

ps. The mats for the Cobrascale Gloves are exponentially more time consuming to farm, but its ok /sigh...I have a long playlist.
