I'm new to rogue( and horde too..but that's irrelevant at the moment), and I was confused on what build I should focus on to help get me to 70?
Like a example build or something. i've read a little about combat dagger and it sounds good.

Well, "combat daggers" is a raid build...capable of massive damage from backstab and slice and dice cycles. It absolutely sucks for leveling, period. Check this guide for information on leveling builds and weapon types, lots of info here and nobody wants to reapeat what you can read.

Well it doesn't "Absolutely Suck" But combat swords is alot better for leveling.
I did get from 60-70 with daggers, probably slower, but could get the most out of outland pvp as well.
In my opinion just find what weapons are the best or that you like the most and build a spec around them. It isn't about the damage that they do at lower levels its more about the fun.

If you choose to level to 70 with daggers, please let it be with mutilate. If you honestly feel that leveling with combat daggers really doesn't suck, then have fun spending 45 days getting to 70.

If you ever use combat daggers for PvP, have fun only beating scrubs who have been playing the game for less than a day.
I've respecced to a better PvP build than combat daggers when I was drunk, sadly enough.
