My Druid is rapidly approaching 49. I'm going to take him into PVP, and was wondering what other players at that level used for gear. Right now, I'm mostly wearing a mix of crafted 36-41 gear and 38-40 pvp gear. I'd like to replace most, if not all, of it by 49. I do not need help choosing which pvp pieces to get. What'd I like to know is if there are instance drops / quest rewards I should be shooting for.
So far, I've made a brief list of these items:
Embrace of the Lycan (Zul'Farrak drop from Chief Ukorz)
Phytoskin Spaulders (Maraudon drop from Razorlash)
Fungus Shroud Armor (Maraudon drop from Meshlok)
Albino Crocscale Boots (Maraudon drop from Rotgrip)
What I would really like is an awesome 2-handed weapon around level 45+ I could enchant with +35 agility. Any recommendations? I am willing to buy one in AH, but I'd prefer a drop or quested item.

yah id assume you asked here, to get answers here, maybe even get advice on a couple peices of equips and how they fit into your playstyle.

Looking around I found some level 45 crafted pieces I'm going to get. Now to farm myself some Hearts of Fire, Breaths of Wind, and Cores of Earth.
I did a search on google and on the first link I got two names of 49 twink druids with good gear and appearantly skill.
I'm the noob because I know how to use the internet.

I noticed that the second twink used Serpentskin Leggings instead of Blackstorm Leggings.
S. Leggings:

16 Agi
5 Stam
124 Armor
B. Leggings
13 Agil
20 Stam
Hit Rating +10
AP +32
132 Armor
Seems to me that Blackstorm is better, no? +150 health, +6 AP in bear form, +3 AP in cat form, and +10 hit rating?
Edit: ah, I see. Blackstorm Leggings are Bind on Pick-up crafted from Leatherworking, that second twink has no professions. Question answered.

You may want to check out this link here, it's very helpful in finding both BoE and BoP gear for a 19, 29, 39 or 49 twink of any class.
Dang, I got that 2-handed mace (best in 49 bracket) for only 25 gold. Someone didn't know what they had their hands on.

Actually the reason you want to use the Serpentskin leggings over the Blackstorm legging is because you can only attach Clefhide/nethercleft leg armor to BOE Item such as the Serpentskin Leggings.
The Clefthide/Nethercleft leg armor adds 30 stam/10 agi and 40 stam/12 agi respectively to the Serpentskin Leggings, making it very close to the Blackstorm leggings. With Nethercleft leg armor attached to Serpentskin the stat becomes
S. Leggings: + Nethercleft Leg Armor
13 Str
16+12 Agi
5+40 Stam

B. Leggings + Libram of constitution
13 Agil
20 Stam
Hit Rating +10
AP +32

Neck - Sentinel's medallion
Shoulder - Fleshhide Shoulder
Back - Blackviel Cape
Wrist - Arena Bracer
Body - Fungal Shroud Armor
Gloves - Wicked Leather Gauntlets
Waist - Swashbuckler's belt of the Bear
Leg - Serpentskin Leggings
Boots - Highlander's Leather Boots
Ring1 - Protector's Band
Ring2 - Aquamarine signet of the Tiger or Bear
Weapon - Blanchard's Stout
I went with Swashbuckler's belt of the Bear instead of Highlander's Leather Girdle because I prefer the extra +6 stam and +4 more AP from the belt of the bear over the Highlander's Girdle's +14 crit strike rating. Arena Bracer over Forest Stalker's Bracer for the extra Stam and Fleshhide Shoulder over Phytoskin Spaulders for the same reason.
