I have now looked everywhere on this site for some information, which could help me to find the half pendant in Westfall..

I found a map where the location was shown, but I just can't find it.. Im diving in the great sea and barely reach the bottom before breath and fatigue kill me..

Help me please :)

its here somewhere (i know that dont help much)

When your diving in the right spot, you hit air bubbles (if i remember right they come outta clams or something) and can easily make it to where your going and back.

ok.. so i'm stuck with it..
i get the quest, i run to the lake, find bauble container, get the bauble and run as fast as i can to the shrine (i most certainly do it in less than 5 minutes..), i open the bauble right in front of Remulos, get the earthquake, and it says that quest is completed.. BUT time doesn't stop and Tajarri is not speaking with me..
is it only me who is having this problem..?

A) You shouldn't be in an area where fatigue is an issue, although it's very close. Essentially swim til you get the fatigue bar, then back up again a little.

B) The tip about the 'underwater bubbles' or whatever they're called is good too. There should be a bubbling fissure right next to the box you're trying to reach. You're breath should be enough to get down to it and then you can recover by sitting on the fissure until your breath bar is full again before returning to the surface.

Second Edit:
Here's the map showing where to find the box in Westfall.

Wowhead.com has a good map to show you where to go, but I think it's just north and a lot west of the goldcoast quarry. I'd link to the wowhead info, but it's acting up right now.

As for Illyria, I haven't had that problem.

Edit: When you say that the NPC "isn't talking with you" does that mean that you've tried to talk to her and she won't or that she didn't come up to you all by herself? If you're expecting her to come to you, then you'll be waiting a loooong time. You need to go talk with the NPC to finish (I think). If you've tried that and she won't let you talk to her, then I don't know what the problem is.

If I recall correctly there is a rock structure at the coords site. The box is on the west side and sort of tucked in under it, so you have to swim past it, down, and back to the rock to see it.

No guarantee that I'm recalling this correctly though. I just remember swimming to the coords and still having a hard time finding the box.

find the large anchor on the shallow shelf near the edge of the deep water...and go directly down from it...and watch out for the elite sharks... :)
