Warriors and Arena QuestionsFollow

Hey dudes. So i'm just curious on a few things that maybe some seasoned warrior arena players might be able to help me with.

I am sloowly starting to gear up for pvp (and tanking). My armory profile would be "deadkid" on Demonsoul Server (horde), if you want to look at my gear. ANywho, my plan for now is to get the BG epics, and then the HWL leggings and gloves. At that point, I was wondering if you guys would think I am ready to compete in the arena. Now I know theres going to be lots of people w/ epics and such, but just to the point where I could make some sort of a difference in the match.

With that said, is there a "minimum recommended" level of AP/Hit/HP/Armor for us?

Lastly, this is my current spec. Arms specced for grinding, w/ a few talents to also help tanking/grinding.

This is what I am considering with arena in mind.

One thing I would LOVE to have though, is improved slam, or even imp. execute.
Ive got one point left to play with. Is there anywhere you guys think I could slim down elsewhere to get those points into both slam and exe? Or just one? Or skip them altogether? Help me out here!! :P

Thanks!

skip blood crazy and put it into commanding presence, also, taking 3 points out of your arms build and putting those into the imp slam / execute (or better yet, into flurry) would be better.

slam isn't very popular in arenas by the top teams since things are constantly on the move, and noone is going to sit there and wait until you cast your spell.

depending on what you want to do in arenas (win gladiator title? just have some fun? do fairly 'decent'?) the requirements are all different.

for a gladiators, you need to have over 300 resilience at least with over 10k hp as well as over 30% crit in battle. usually people use 9000 armor as a benchmark also. for gladiators, you should also consider going mace spec blacksmithing and getting the 2h mace as well as mace spec.

no real requirement on hit. gladiator gear and such will give you enough of that (about 50 or so)

also, some more about the weapon, you want it to do over 107 dps
