Yet anothere Talent QuestionFollow

I'm a lvl 59 frost mage:

I've stayed at 59 for a long time to do BG's and get the badges and honor for the great gear but it's time to lvl up. I'm thinking of going with a 8/0/53 build:

I love to PVP and I enjoy raiding for the XP and hanging out with the guild. I thought about giving up a few points in artic winds for the extra clear casting, but I hate giving up that guranteed extra damage.

What do you guys think?

Ya Frostbite is pretty useless in Raids. But its' great in PvP, so if you're looking to do both, you'll either have to continually respec (which in't that expensive), or else just sacrifice the clearcasting. Either way I'd keep artic winds.
