Hi,
2 days ago I tamed Bangalesh (or how ever you spell the name :$) The elite tigress in STV, for her looks and ofc Dash.
When I unlearned my pets abilities, I lost Dash, and cant find anyway to learn it again?
Not in the "beast training" nor at the pet trainer.
When I tamed her, and start attacking mobs for the "you have learned claw rank'X'" I never got "you have learned Dash"... so now this kinda worries me.
I lvl'd to 50 (current lvl) with my boar, but want a cat for basicly all the cat goodies ^_^
Cant train cat charge, so realy want the Dash. Anyone any idea how I can get Dash back?

Learning a skill from a pet tends to be used in order to teach it to another beast (of course). If you unlearned King B's skills before you received it then he will have lost it -- and now you can't give it back.
If you didn't have Dash before, you don't have Dash anywhere now and you never received the "you have learned Dash rank x" message while using it with your cat... Then, chances are, you don't have it at all and will need to tame a beast that has it and keep using it until you see the note telling you that you have learned it.
It sucks but it sounds like that's what's happened.

Well, yes, That part was clear to me :)
But like I said, I did attack several mobs with king B, she did use bash when encountering the mobs, but I never got the mssg "you have learned dash rank x"
While encountering the 1st mob after tamed her, I did recieved the mssg that I've learned the new claw rank. At that same encounter, she used dash while running to this same mob. (Like she did every mob after the 1st one).
But what I understand from you, Dash IS a skill, that has to be "learned" (recieve the mssg) in order to learn her again after unlearning the abilities.
So I thought, this is somekind of "passive" ability from this cat, wich I cannot learn, and she will always have.
Kinda suckage.. guess ill have to tame her again =_=
Or just tame another, and learn King B dash again.. hmm..
Can someone confirm this ?

Ok, thx alot.
Altho it's strange, Bangalash didnt learn me her Dash ability, ill try to get it from another mob.

The way I think it works is this:
- Every time a pet uses an ability you haven't learned, there is a chance that you will learn it. It's not automatic.
- Claw has no cooldown and doesn't cost much focus. During a fight, your pet will use lots of claws, which means you'll learn claw quickly.
- Dash has a 30 second cooldown. So it will just take a lot longer to learn Dash, because your pet can't use it very often.
Numerous cats in STV have Dash 2. Incidentally, the level 50 black panthers off of the SE coast of STV have Prowl 3.

Well thats realy usefull information, didnt know that! Thx alot! STV here I come ^_^
Will tame bangalash again for her Dash, and fight around a bit, than head to the panters for prowl :) Thx alot

Sometimes you can miss the “You have learned skill X†message. If you aren’t sure whether or not you have learned a skill, check your list of pet skills. If that skill shows up in your list then you are good to go.
And just in case you missed the link, head over to Petopia (http://petopia.brashendeavors.net/) and take a look at their list of pet skills. It will tell you which pets you can tame to get the skills you want.

Yesterday I found this site indeed, petopia, realy usefull site :)
Went back yesterday to tame King B again, and indeed, got the "you have learned Dash rank x" after the 6th Dash King B performed.
After that, went to the island SE in STV, and tamed one of the panther there to learn Prowl.
Well, it took about 23 performed Prowls, to learn it =_=
After that I got rly lucky, went to Blasted Lands to get the rare Grunter.
Dash Rank 3 and Charge Rank 5 got learned after the 1 performed ability, rather funny :)
So anyway, I'm happy with my new Tankaboar and Pvp King B.
I named my boar Zexy, Coz I do think this black boar is rather sexy ^_^
