So I read about seige weapons (or at least the idea of them) and I'm quite sure rogues are going to take "pain in the ***" to an all new level.
Anyone who ever played Battlefield 1942 will know what I'm talking about. Say you're in Market Garden on the Alliance side and an Axis player somehow manages to sneak into your base and steals the bomber. You have an all new threat to worry about, as the Germans aren't meant to have that weapon there (or in Omaha beach how someone would sneak back and steal your boat). These were all very good tactics, but the balanced side of it was these people were visible: you could find and kill them before they stole your machinery and prevent them from absolutely destroying you.
Now imagine if that person is invisible, like the rogue class. You're stationed about to run into a tank and then all of a sudden you're sapped or if you're alone, killed. A rogue enters the wooden contraption you were guarding/about to get on and then completely dominates you and the rest of your unsuspecting party. Anyone who has played any game with pvp vehicles in it knows how good one can be. One decent player in a plane/tank he's not meant to have can literally destroy your entire team in other games, and imagine if that one decent player is undetectable and can't be stopped from entering it?
It just makes me quite anxious: will rogues become even more terrifying pvp gods than they already are, or will seige weaponry turn out to be incredibly lame? What are your thoughts?
