Im lookin for some specific place to farm Khorium Ore, i heard that it spawns on Fel iron...
Khorium can spawn on every Adamantite and Fel Iron spawn point.
So basically farming Khorium is not possible (luckily). Just farm for ore and collect the odd Khorium that you find on your way.
