Hey, I have a tauren druid, currently lvl44, who has recently re-specced from feral to balance.
After a few levels I started to learn how balance druids work and the advantages and disadvantages of using them.
The only question I have is what stats are most important for a balance druid, atm I'm going for Spirit, Stamina and Intellect but which is more important?

Int and stam for now, later on you will be focusing on gear that gives +spell damage and + spell crit rate as it becomes available. Go all out for int if you are playing entirely pve, but get a good bit of stam for pvp.
As a moonkin your focus will be on mage's stats as that's basically what you are, except with a whole lot more armor.
Of the Eagle gear is what you want for now; Outland greens of interest to you are of the sorcerer and invoker - remember that in moonkin you have a 400% increase in armor from items so if the best gear you can find is cloth, don't worry too much about it.
