choosing weaponFollow

Hi, i was confuse which weapon to choose as a warlock. I'm afflic.

I have offhand Orb of soul eater (51 shadow damage)
So i can choose arena 2 weapon, either the dagger or staff. Which one should i choose?

For PvE, the dagger.

For PvP, the staff.
