Warrior Questing weapon outlands at lvl 60Follow

Im a lvl 59 Tauren warrior whos 1 bar from lvl 60 and been thinking about my weapons for lvling and chosen 2 Hellreaver or DW 2 grunts war axes.

My warrior has been arms till lvl 56 and i tried out fury, i love them both i also have a lvl 28 orc warrior. i want one to be fury the other arms im trying to decide with my tauren which is better arms with hellreaver or fury with DW 2 grunts war axes for questing.
