A quick piece of advice it is not worth getting the felguard at 50 he really doesn't start shining until 56 but even ignoring that fact wait until 55 so you can keep improved corruption.
Besides that though a few things about your planned build the big ones being you don't need points in improved imp and imp. succy they are not needed unless you plan on doing instances and even then it is debatable, it would be better to pick one or the other. I would suggest fel int and demonic resiliance. The choice for 3/3 mana feed is up to you but you can probably do it with 2/3.
If you have any more questions just ask.

Ok so what if I went full Affliction for Ua do you think it is worth it or will it slow down my leveling time.
Good change that as an affliction lock you will actually level faster. Not sure if this is the case when you hit 56, maybe the felguard will be so good that leveling will be on par by then.
Stay affliction till 56, then go demo if ya like. No harm in that.

I too am coming back to wow very soon. For those that know me, you were right, only took a couple weeks of FFXI to get sick of it again.
Anyway, for the point of the thread, I agree, affliction is best until at least 56. Affliction is often regarded as the best levelling spec, though Demo is still very viable if you do not try to use the Felguard until 56, he has a few other talents he needs to make him worthwhile, namely Imp Health Funnel, 2/3 Mana Feed(3/3 if you like, but 1/3 is not enough), and Demonic Resilience. Without those, he just doesn't seem to work as well.
That said, I tried it out from 54-60 and ended up going back to Affl. It just suited my playstyle more. You may feel differently though.
